Commission Terms & Conditions

• By requesting a commission, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• Please provide clear references for the selected character.
• I have the right to decline the commission if i don't feel comfortable with what you're asking for.

Eligibility & Acceptance

Accepted Content

I am comfortable drawing:• Original characters
• Fanart
• Mecha (There may be an additional charge)
• Armors
• Mild injuriesI will not create:• Furry artwork
• NSFW content
• Gore or graphic violence
• Hate speech or discriminatory content

Commission Process

• Estimated completion time is up to one month, depending on complexity and schedule.
• Early in the process, I will provide rough sketches to confirm the direction of the artwork.
• During the sketch phase, you may request up to 3 changes at no extra cost.
• After sketch approval, progress updates may be provided with only minor edits allowed.
• Significant changes requested after approval may require additional fees depending on complexity.
• A solid-color background of the customer's choice can be added at no extra cost.
• Final artwork will be delivered as a PNG file via email.

Refund Policy

• There will be no refunds or cancellations, so please be sure of your purchase.
• Exceptions if, for any reason I am unable to finish the commission, a full refund will be issued.
• If the client cancels during the early stages of the sketch, 50% of the payment will be refunded.Refunds will not be granted in situations such as:• Repeated failure to provide clear or accurate references/instructions.
• Long-term inability to contact the client regarding updates or delivery.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions by the client.

Usage Rights

All commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only.You may:• Use the artwork as profile pictures or banners.
• Use it as wallpapers or personal device backgrounds.
• You can print the art as long as it is for personal use only.You may not:• Resell or commercially profit from the artwork.
• Turn the artwork into NFTs or blockchain-related assets.
• Claim the artwork as your own creation.
• Trace or modify my art in any form.

Payment

• The payment must be made beforehand through PayPal.
• You're given a 5 days to make the payment after your commission is accepted.
